Buttonhole Indexer

Freely programmable automatic eyelet buttonholer that semi-automatically sews buttonholes in suits and sports jackets, vests (waistcoats) and overcoats. The right side of the fabric is face down when sewing buttonholes and consequently not visible. This unit enables processing of patterned fabrics to the highest quality standards.

  • SPECIAL FEATURES:
  • Touchscreen with video image – a color camera located below the tabletop illustrates the pattern on the right side of the fabric on a screen. The operator can now align the material so that the buttonholes are sewn absolutely parallel to the fabric pattern
  • Over 100 programs can be saved
  • A program consists of the number of buttonholes, the buttonhole spacing and
    the distance to the buttonhole edge
  • The unit sews the parameters stored in the program fully automatically after the machine starts

BUTTONHOLE INDEXER FOR SLEEVES

The manual indexer was developed as a simple version for small batches and tailors. It is available for all Reece and Juki single-thread chainstitch machines.
